In the midst of your busy RRSP season, we would like to make an announcement that will ease the pressures of this stressful season: we now have arrangements with several banks to offer RRSP loans. And we’ve gone a step further. We are able to offer these loans with rapid approval!

That’s right. Through AccesDirect, we can provide our clients with guaranteed issue RRSP loans from $1,000 to $13,500 on credit approval.

Loans are available for clients who wish to invest in any new or existing RRSP products, Money market Funds and Registered deposits to all financial products we offer.

All the loans are repayable within one year at prime plus 1% fixed interest rate for the year.

The loans are repayable within 12 or 36 months, with an option to defer the first payment for 120 days.

A self-contained application process with the loan agreement must be filled out completely in order to get funding for the policy.

Loans received at Head Office will be approved rapidly (provided that the loan application has been filled out correctly) and the policy will be funded that day.

Loans will be repaid by pre-authorized debit from a chequing account at any Canadian financial institution or contact AccesDirect for Loan procedures.


Unsecured Loans

These loans are unsecured loans. You must sign the section that states that you will not surrender, transfer, or deregister the RRSP prior to repaying the loan. We have agreed to notify the financial insitutions if we receive a request for transfer or deregistration before the loan is repaid.

Caution:

Please note that even though the loan is guaranteed to be issued to the client (subject to approval), in circumstances where the loan does go into default the client will elect to surrender the policy proceeds to settle the loan.

Please also remember that the maximum RRSP amount that can be borrowed by a client is $13,500. Multiple applications can be used in cases where the client decides to add further to their RRSP, but the total loan will be restricted to a maximum of $13,500.
