  • IT service providers hosting our platforms (under equivalent confidentiality conditions)

We never sell your personal information to third parties for commercial purposes unrelated to your insurance request. Any transfer to a partner is governed by a confidentiality agreement compliant with Law 25.

4. Retention Period

We retain your personal information as long as necessary to achieve the purposes described in this policy, and in accordance with applicable legal obligations:

  • Quote files: 7 years from last activity (legal obligation in insurance)
  • Marketing communications: until withdrawal of consent
  • Navigation data (cookies): maximum 13 months
  • Claim files: 10 years (Insurance Board regulatory requirement)

5. Your Rights (Law 25)

In accordance with Quebec Law 25, you have the following rights regarding your personal information:

  • Right of access: obtain a copy of the information we hold about you
  • Right of rectification: correct inaccurate or incomplete information
  • Right to erasure: request deletion of your information (subject to legal retention obligations)
