4. Retention Period

We retain your personal information only as long as necessary to achieve the purposes described in this policy and in compliance with applicable legal obligations:

• Quote files: 7 years from last activity (legal requirement in insurance)
• Marketing communications: until withdrawal of consent
• Navigation data (cookies): maximum 13 months
• Claim files: 10 years (applicable regulatory requirement)
